Walking us through the timelines and processes required to get funding for projects, Atuksha educates us in some of the new finance tools which exist that should be part of your everyday property development toolbox. She also describes what content is covered in their one day training courses for fundraisers which are designed to help developers prepare for what’s needed in terms of compliance, brand building, marketing, finance stack, paperwork and how to create the right messaging.

and meaningful customer relationships, often implementing global
communication strategies. Since 2013, Atuksha's sole focus has been
Peer to Peer Lending and Crowdfunding. She is a Director of
the UK Crowdfunding Association and regularly engages with
policymakers and Government to advance this marketplace.
